Booking terms and conditions

  • In the reservations of beds in shared rooms the rate is mentioned per person. For private room reservations, the rate mentioned is per room.
  • For changes, corrections, cancellations or any other reason please contact us via email exclusively at info [at]
  • The balance is pending payment at the time of check in. Payment in cash has a 5% discount on the total reservation.
  • Check in time is from 2:00 p.m. For arrivals before this time we have a free luggage storage service.
  • Cancellation policy: All reservations can be canceled and the conditions are set out below. Some expressions should be clarified. When we refer to the “check in date”, the 2:00 pm of the day the reservation begins is considered. Likewise, when we refer to a case of “no show” we are talking about not presenting a reservation until 9:00 am the day after the check in date.
  • Reservations canceled more than 96 hrs. Before the check in date they will have a retention of 10% of the total or a minimum of € 5. The refund corresponding to the card used to reserve will be made.
  • Reservations canceled between 96 and 24 hours before the check-in date will have a retention of 10% of the total plus the cost equivalent to one night’s accommodation as a penalty and will be charged to the card used to reserve.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours will not be accepted. before the check in date and a case of “no show” will be considered.
  • In cases of “no show” a charge will be applied. For reservations during the low season the charge will be the amount equivalent to one night’s accommodation and for reservations during the high season it will be equivalent to the number of nights that the room or bed has remained available. The high season runs from June 1 to September 30 and also includes the opening week and the closing week. All other dates correspond to low season.
  • We recommend to notify in the case of an unforeseen event that prevents assistance, in this way we can safely dispose of the reserved room or bed and thus try to avoid “no show” charges. If we manage to book it again, we will inform you the day that your reservation should end.
  • Cancellations must be requested exclusively via email and will be confirmed by the hostel in the same way. We will not accept cancellation requests over the phone.
  • The reservation service hours are from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00 (local time in Spain). Any message received outside of these hours will be taken into account with the date of the following day.
  • In the case of rescheduling of accommodation dates, it will be accepted based on availability for the new dates and will mean the cancellation of the original reservation.
  • In the event that the cancellation is required by any measure arising in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic that affects the mobility of people both in origin or destination of the reservation holder, the cancellation will not have a penalty and the payment will be fully refunded.
